Surveys.com Points Program

 

 

 The Surveys.com rewards program (the “Program”) is our way of thanking you for your participation in our surveys. This Program includes earning Surveys.com Points (“Points”), which are redeemable for various goods and services.  

 

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Program is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, all United States territories and possessions and oversees military installations). 

 

Earning Surveys.com Points and other rewards

 

The reward being offered for a survey will be displayed with each survey invitation and/or on the opening page to the survey. Generally, you will earn a designated number of Points for each survey you qualify and complete. Keep in mind some surveys offered by Surveys.com are hosted by unaffiliated partners. In such cases, the decision to award Points lies solely within our partner(s) discretion, and such decisions are final. Points will be credited to the member's account (as long as the member's account is in good standing with Surveys.com) generally within 2-4 weeks of participation in a survey.  However, some surveys may require follow-ups or have other specifications that require us to not award Points for up to 4-8 weeks after the survey finishes.

 

 Redeeming Surveys.com Points

 

Surveys.com Points may be redeemed for various rewards at the sole discretion of Surveys.com and its vendors. You must have earned the minimum amount of Points indicated to redeem Points for a particular reward, which varies according to the reward. Redemptions can be successfully processed only if you have enough Points indicated for the item(s) selected.  Surveys.com Points may not be combined with any other member’s account for redemption.  Rewards are currently issued through our third party provider, All Digital Rewards, Inc. and are redeemed through a website operated by them.  You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in the Program and the redemption of any Points.  Surveys.com may require you, in its discretion, to acknowledge receipt of rewards.

 

Expiration of Surveys.com Points

 

 

All Points expire eighteen (18) months after they have been awarded and credited to your account.  To be an active member means you have joined the Panel, attempted to qualify and complete at least one (1) survey, or completed at least one (1) profiling survey within twelve (12) calendar months. If you fail to meet this definition and become an inactive member, any unredeemed Points will expire immediately without notice and your account may be terminated. Expired Points are void, have no value and may not be assigned or transferred. Surveys.com has no obligation to reinstate expired Points.

 

Members may view their current Surveys.com Points totals by logging into their account online. Although we make every effort to ensure accounts are credited correctly, it's the member's responsibility to verify that Points have been credited properly. Please notify us about any discrepancies with your Surveys.com Point totals. 

 

Misconduct, Fraud and Correcting Account Errors

 

Surveys.com retains the right to monitor all member activity within the Program.  If required by law or in the event that your account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, your member account may be terminated and you may forfeit all accumulated Points.  If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Surveys.com reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity.  In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to Surveys.com, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in the Program in the future.  

 

If your account does not accurately reflect your point balance, Surveys.com reserves the right to correct such errors.   If you have been awarded Points in error or you believe that your member account has been the subject of suspicious activity, please contact Surveys.com immediately.  If it is determined that you have been the victim of fraud, the Points you have earned will be transferred to a new member account.

 

Transferability

 

Points have no cash value, and may not be assigned, transferred and/or pledged to any third party.   You have no property rights or other legal interests in any rewards Points granted pursuant to the Program. 

Program Duration & Changes to Rules

The Program or any portion thereof may be revised or terminated at any time.   Any revisions may affect your ability to use any Points you accumulate.  If the Program is terminated or if you terminate your member account at Surveys.com, you will only have 30 days from such termination date to redeem all of your accumulated Points.  The rewards offered and point levels required for specific rewards are subject to change without notice.  All rewards are subject to availability. 

 

Limits of Liability

 

You expressly agree that your use of the Program is at your sole risk. Neither Surveys.com, nor any of its respective affiliates, employees, agents, third party providers, or licensors warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through the Program. The Program is provided on an "as is" basis, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Surveys.com disclaims all representations and warranties express or implied, with respect to any information, services, products, rewards and materials, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. In addition, Surveys.com does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our vendor’s site is accurate, complete, or current. Surveys.com is not responsible for typographical errors regardless of source. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure or performance, error, commission, interruption, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under conduct of other users or third-parties and that the risk of injury or harm from the foregoing rests entirely with user.

 

You hereby release Surveys.com and its affiliates and third party providers from all liability regarding the redemption and use of any rewards, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen or destroyed.  You further hereby agree to indemnify and hold Surveys.com and its third party providers harmless with respect to any and all damages, claims and other expenses incurred by Surveys.com and its third party providers in connection with any lawsuit related to your use or enjoyment of any reward, including any travel.  Survey.com and its third party providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, speculative damages, or damages of any kind arising from interruption, suspension or termination of the Program, including, without limiting the foregoing, consequential, incidental, and special damages, whether such interruption, suspension or termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent, regardless whether there was advance notice of the possibility of any such damages.

 

In no event shall the liability of Surveys.com or its third party providers exceed the actual retail value of an applicable reward at issue, or if a dispute relates generally to your use of the Program, to the fair market retail value of merchandise which your unused, unexpired, non-canceled Points are convertible into. 

 

All participating merchants are in no way affiliated with or responsible for administration of the Program.  Depending upon the type of reward, certain limitations and restrictions may apply.  All redemptions are final and may not be cancelled.  Subject to authorization, you may return reward certifications/merchandise only in the event of defects or damage. All rewards are void where prohibited by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations.
